My point is, and sorry for not being clear, is that the lease ends in February 28, 2065 and they are selling the lease for only 1 325 000,00 $. Something tells me that price means there is something about the land lease that doesn't make it overly attractive.
this deal makes no sense...a lot of photoshop and old plans from the 1990's when e-commerce was built means this is very stale. the pricing indicates that the land rent eats up so much revenue that the owner is likely barely breaking even and with the 4% annual increases could go negative.

read the flyer...how does improved land only sell for $1.3 million unless it barely makes any money at all?
Je ne pense pas que ce projet va marcher, on est tout de meme pas a New York ou Toronto, les ventes ne pourront pas attindre les 100% et pis il a tros de projet l'un acoté de l'autrec'est exagérer, les arbrevont mourir avectous ces haute building, ils ont besoin de rayon de soleil lol
