Agreed, but that's if we use 3.28 m per floor. Who's to say they wouldn't go with 3.35 meters per floor??

That's even more meters per floor than I had expected. Newer constructions have higher ceilings. This is great news. You said that Altitude would be the tallest residential building in the city. Are you sure about that. Will it really be taller than the Port Royal?

There's the Altoria project which will most definately pass 120 meters. It will have 11 floors of offices space(at an average of 4.5 meters per floor) and then you'll have 22 residential floors above that (at an average of 3.5 meters per floor). Combined you are looking at approx 125 to 130 meters for the Altoria project.

Finally, there's Marriott which could easily reach 140 meters (40 X 3.5 meters).
