Quand je regarde google maps, je ne vois pas de terrains vague à cet endroit...

Je viens de comprendre le projet :

Deux des bâtiments, dont le principal (premier rendu), existent déjà. Ils sont sur Sherbrooke. Derrière ces deux bâtiments, il y a un stationnement présentement : il sera développé et une tour en brique rouge, qui sera relié au second bâtiment existant sur Sherbrooke (même brique), y sera érigée.

Le projet consiste donc, si je comprends bien, à la construction d'un bâtiment, et la rénovation de deux autres.

Le bâtiment en jaune est celui qui est représenté sur le 3 premiers rendus.
Le bleu, est le plus petit que l'on voit sur le troisième rendu et dans ceux d'apres.
En rouge : le terrain où sera construit la tour qui sera attachée au bâtiment bleu.

Je n'aime pas vraiment ce projet, il n'est pas mal, c'est sur, mais si sa construction prend la place d'autre projet comme le mackay... mais vu que c'est une rénovation, je le trouve pas si pire...

This looks like a fabulous project. Well-done from a design point of vue. Converting this office building to residential is the right move in this sector and the additions I think will be much welcome to the neighborhood as well. It looks like a quality project.

I agree with you, it's a beautiful project that blends well with the surrounding. Plus another parking lot disappears. I like the red brick that echos the others existing buildings of the project. It does add some colour to a greyish area. Finally, I don't think that it will compete with the other proposals on Mackay since there is room for more residents in that part of the city especially with the Concordia development.

Good project, but in reality we're building a 10 storey building here, not 14.

14 storeys refers to the renovation of the existing building.
