Montrealers have long been jealous of friends and family in B.C. and Ontario who have the stores already and company co-chief executive John Mackey, in town for the C2-Mtl conference, dangled the juicy promise of a location in our fair city.</span></font><br />

The only possible glitch in their plans could be the union question: Quebec is one of the most unionized provinces in the country and Whole Foods has been able, so far, to dodge the union issue.</span></font>
