Atleast this will be a faster to build.

The building right next door took them a good 2 years to renovate if I remember correctly and the the penthouses are huge on 4 floors and well over 5000 sq.ft if I remember correctly comes with a nice price tag also.

yeah 4500sq and 12-15k sqf of rooftops/garden, come at about 4 million$ a piece.

One thing, they are nice units. Problem is if you have a unit looking towards the north you see the homeless.

J'ai oublié qui, mais il me semble avoir vu un jour qu'une star importante avait acheté dans le vieux bâtiment, mais je suis pas certain. Quelqu'un en sait plus?:confused:
